House Healers and Teachers

  • RA

    Owner

RA is 200 hour YTT, Yin certified and is a Bhakti Yogini and Tantrika. (Bhakti ~ Devotional Yoga.) She is also a dancer, singer, musician, sound healer, embodiment coach, energy worker, birth doula and aspiring death doula. RA is deeply versed in Eastern and Western religion/spirituality and gracefully weaves the two theologies together creating her own unique moral compass. She is a lifetime explorer of deep consciousness and metaphysics and has an educational background in Psychology and Art.

Her style of teaching is to lead by example:

“I am not here to tell you what to do. I am here to remind you that you already know what to do. You already know how to move your body, I simply desire to inspire your own expression. Yoga is more than a body movement exercise, it is a full mind-body-spirit exploration! I am here to teach you how to listen ~ listen to your heart, listen to your soul and listen to your body. You belong to the Universe, you’re already Perfect!”

RA fuses together her love of Yoga and Music and creates a deep sense of intimacy in all of her classes. She invites open conversation, lots of laughter, and deep meditation/reflection into her practice.

RA is also available for mentorship!

  • Erika Mendez

Erika has been practicing yoga since 2011 and teaching since 2023. She is 200 YTT and has a passion for bikram and vinyasa style flows. Her classes involve mindfulness through meditation and awareness in the body by moving through a mixture of sun salutations and bikram poses with music to help guide a moving meditation.

  • Haley Jack

“I received my 200-hour vinyasa teacher training in 2023 after feeling a great sense of "rightness" attending regular yoga classes. As an instructor, I've been able to incorporate my love of movement and the divine world into a healing experience for mind and body. Through my relatively short journey, I have learned so much that has helped me to find confidence, growth, peace, and healing- something I hope to share with others as an instructor. Since childhood, I have had a deep interest in astrology that has inspired my new moon and full moon-themed classes that align practice with present energies in addition to my regular vinyasa classes. I also have a B.S. in biomedical engineering, which has helped form my knowledge of biological and mechanical processes within the body as well as some insight on how energy works. Besides yoga, I enjoy resin art, concerts, snowboarding, intramural sports, cuddling my black cat, and playing chess. I believe in channeling my inner child and my goal is to never take life too seriously.”

  • Vilma Arauz

Vilma is a compassionate yoga teacher whose journey began with the physical aspects of yoga but evolved into a profound exploration of meditation and chanting. After facing several physical and mental injuries, Vilma recognized the need to unlearn Western notions of yoga, fostering a deeper spiritual connection through practice.

Vilma has pursued extensive training in yoga, completing over 700 hours of Trainings in Hatha, Vinyasa and Mindfulness Based Leadership. She has also completed various certifications and courses, including Talia Sutra’s "Love and All is Coming" series focused on the Yamas, Niyamas, The Method: Flexibility, and the Classic 26.

With a commitment to inclusivity, Vilma introduces yoga as a therapeutic modality accessible to all bodies. Inspired by the loving principle of Ahimsā (non-harm) and rooted in the Ghosh Lineage, Vilma’s class integrates a sattvic approach to cultivate inner stillness and awareness.

“We all carry experiences that shape us, and when we embrace rather than hide from them, we unlock true transformation- not just for ourselves, but the world around us.”

  • Jen Gentry

Jen traveled to India in 2016 to complete her 200-hour teacher training; and as a forever student, she is currently completing an additional 500 hours of transformative yoga certifications online. She integrates ancient wisdom and spirituality with research-based practices that have bridged miracles and practical changes in her own life. By making the conscious choice to return home to herself and moving as deeply as she can into this human experience Jen has begun to feel more called to share the transformative journey that yoga can offer.

As an intuitive guide and energy healer, Jen offers chakra-based yoga classes that incorporate somatic movement, myofascial release and breathwork. By offering a space that allows you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, she offers tools and insights that illuminate a way for you to move with presence and purpose - both on and off the mat.

“When we choose presence over reactivity on our mat, we rewire our nervous system to stay present in our life.” – Anodea Judith
